What’s Required for Installation
To ensure safe and proper installation, the following site conditions are required:
Functional hot and cold water supply with accessible shut-off valves
Secure drain connection
Properly grounded electrical outlet(s)
Clean, unobstructed dryer vent to the exterior
Adequate space and level flooring for installation
If installation conditions are unsafe or not code-compliant, we may not be able to install the equipment until issues are corrected.
What to Expect
Washer and dryer sets are assigned based on availability and delivered clean, tested, and ready for use. While customers cannot select specific brands or models, all units are maintained for reliable residential use.
During your rental, we provide maintenance and service related to normal operation. If an issue arises, simply contact us and we’ll take care of it.
Full rental terms are provided prior to installation.
